This is the purpose of this board.
If you are starting a roleplaying thread that is designed to have specific people signed up with made characters, the try-out threads should be made here. In try-out threads, people generally make their character and perhaps a cut-scene showing them roleplaying that character. It is up to the thread-starters digression which people who tried out can enter the game.
You may also store characters here, whether that character is for here, from another board, or whatever. However, only one member should have a character topic at a time to store and display all their characters (One Storage Area Per Person). Other members may, of course, comment on the characters in the thread unless the thread-starter really would prefer otherwise. That way, if you are inclined to use that character again on here, you have an easy reference point. You may double/triple/etc post when posting characters in storage.
